The purpose of this workshop is to support Early Career Researchers to develop their research ideas into fundable, collaborative project proposals.
The Emerging Minds network has a fund of £500,000 to share to enable research collaborations. We have prioritised 4 research challenges from the questions that young people, families, practitioners and policy makers have told us are most important and pressing.
The objectives of the event are:
To better enable Early Career Researchers to build the partnerships and collaborations needed to bring their research ideas to fruition.
To support Early Career Researchers to develop their proposal development skills
To explore the wider opportunities offered by the Emerging Minds network including mentoring and short term fellowships.
The meeting is limited to 30 spaces. Refreshments and lunch are included in your free place.
We will also be hosting a general Emerging Minds ‘kick off’ meeting at the Institute of Mental Health on the morning of Thursday 21 November. You are strongly encouraged to also attend this. You can find more details and register here.
